Western Railway Vadodara Apprentice Recruitment 2017

Application  in  the  prescribed  pro-forma  are  invited  from  the  Indian  citizen  fulfilling  the prescribed  condition  for  undergoing  Apprentices  training  under  Apprentices  Act.  1961  and  Apprenticeship Rules  1962  in  the  following  designated  trades  of  Electrical  Deptt.  &  Mech.  Deptt.  in  Vadodara  Division  of Western Railway.

Western Railway Ahmedabad Invite Applications in the prescribed pro-forma are invited from the Indian Citizen fullfilling the prescribed conditions for undergoing apprenticeship Training for the Year 2017-18 under Apprentice Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1962 in the following designated trades at units in Jurisdiction of Ahmedabad Division of Western Railway.

Educational Qualification: SSC Pass with 50% marks with ITI Age limit: Age Limits: The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed  24 years of age as on date of notification i.e.24.10.2017. Application Fee: General and OBC candidates should pay Rs. 100/- and there is no fee for SC/ST/PH/Women Candidates.

Training & Stipend:-

Training  will  be  arranged  in  accordance  with  the  standards  and  syllabus  prescribed  by  the  Central apprenticeship  Council.  The  selected  candidates  will  be  paid  stipend  during  apprenticeship  at  the prescribed rates as per extant instructions.

Selection Process

Selection of the eligible candidates for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage marks obtained by the candidates  in  both  matriculation  (With  minimum  50%  (aggregate)  marks  and  ITI  examination  giving equal weight age to both. There will be no written test or viva.
