About GSPC “Gujarat Gas” : GSPC  LNG  Limited  (The  “Company”  or  “GLL”)  is  a  Joint  Venture  company  of  Government  of Gujarat  (“GoG”),  GoG  undertakings  including  Gujarat  State  Petroleum  Corporation  Limited (“GSPC”)  and  Adani  Enterprises  Limited  (“AEL”).  GLL  is  setting  up  a  LNG  import  and regasification  terminal  at  Mundra  port  with  an  initial  nameplate  capacity  of  5  MMTPA  (the “Project”), expandable up to 10 MMTPA. Mundra port is the largest private port in India located on the north shores of the Gulf of Kutch near Mundra, Kutch district, Gujarat.
